Empowering youth is at the heart of our mission. We believe in their potential and we're dedicated to providing them with the resources they need to succeed. Not every school has an equal ability to provide the resources to engage children early and foster their interest in STEM. We have made it our mission to spark that initial interest and empower children to pursue these technical careers. We also believe early education in financial literacy will help minimize bad financial decisions and set them up for prosperity. Our children are our future so why not make them smarter and more prepared than we were?

  • We are firm believers in the transformative power of STEM education for our youth. With this conviction, our programming is meticulously designed to introduce and nurture future career aspirations at an early stage.

  • Our objective is to empower the youth by fostering early adoption of healthy financial decision-making, thereby equipping them with the necessary skills to navigate and excel in the future.

What’s new?

  • STEM After School programs at HELMS Elementary

    Spring 2023 STEM after school programming for pre-k to 5th graders at HELMS Elementary.

  • Boil for a Better Tomorrow

    We will be raising money to buy ipads and computers so we can provide the resources needed to teach coding regardless of the location.

  • Donating Black Hair Care Supplies to Montrose Grace Place

    Donating Black Hair Care Supplies to Montrose Grace Place

    Our team donated $600 worth of black hair care supplies to benefit LGBTQ+ youth in the Houston area.

  • HYES hires Katherine Morillo, Volunteer Grant Writer

    We’re super glad to welcome Katherine to our team. She brings over 5+ years of Public Health and Non-Profit experience.

  • 2022 Toy Drive

    Thanks to the support of our community we were able to collect 1,009 toys for Houston area Youth.

  • HYES Donates to Biliary Atresia fund at Texas Children's Hospital

    HYES donated $15,000 to the Biliary Atresia research fund to help push forward new discoveries for treatment through research.

  • 2022 Back to School Supply Drive

    Thanks to the fundraising event hosted during DataLog & GeoVision’s URTeC After Party we were able to fundraise $1,608.50 for Back to School Supplies.

  • 2022 URTeC After Party Fundraiser

    With the support of DataLog & GeoVision we hosted a hog ride fundraiser to benefit our Summer Back to School Supply Drive.
