Our goal is to empower youth through a combination of life skills learned through sports. Utilizing sports as a channel of empowerment teaches the child teamwork (collaboration), discipline (consistency), resilience (handling failure), leadership and communication. We believe these concepts empower our youth for tomorrow’s evolving society.
Houston Youth Empowerment Services (HYES) is happy to partner with a local business named The Dugout. The Dugout offers Houston to help young athletes in the community grow into responsible and well rounded community leaders. The Dugout provides free sports clinics and lessons, when funding is available.
